Pursuit Nerfs:

• Enraged duration given from pursuit nerfed from 35 to 20 seconds
• Speed boost from enraged removed
• less defense reduced when applying targeted on an entity now
• abilities and movement now lock while pursuit animation plays

Tentacle Stab Adjustments:

• Hitting already infected enemies now also gives you infection meter

• Tier 1 tentacle damage nerfed
