Create Track Map

Configuration is now available! The file create-track-map.json is automatically written to if it isn't found at startup. You can configure the web server port (3876 by default), and the update interval (0.5 second by default). You can also reload config changes on-the-fly using /ctm reload.

The web server now serves / correctly, no need to go to /index.html.
