all armors and tools can me smelted back into nuggets (suggestion from @awesome_kalam35)
paxels can now strip copper of oxidization and remove wax (thanks @user_zl8zn83rpq68ohhz)
added standard #c tags for coal and charcoal dusts
simplified gunpowder recipes (now require 2 ingredients instead of 3)
fixed lower-tier hammers being able to break obsidian-level blocks (missing note from earlier 1.21.1 patch) (thanks @Paitshen)
fixed paxels losing durability when stripping logs or tilling paths while in creative mode
updated mod version
