Create Guardian Beam Defense 1.2.9b-1.20.1

Ver. 1.2.9b:

Reworked the way the Beam Reactor Helmet's laser is rendered / functions (no longer treated like a passenger of the player)
This change fixes the following known bugs:
- Player names aren't rendered when firing the laser
- Players are not able to travel across dimensions (via portals) while firing the laser
