Alloyed v2.0 for 1.20.1 For Create 6.0+

I'm not good at writing changelogs so uhh

Changelog:

• Now supports MC1.20.1, and Create 6.0+
• Steel Armour is now made with a new Smithing Template
• Armour Trims can apply to Steel Armour
• Bronze Bells now produce particles like Note Blocks.
