This Content Drop is all about adding things that were thought about AFTER the Sifting Sands update. There are a LOT of new things! Enjoy it!
There were a lot of things added, improved, and fixed. Alright that's the changelog goodbye! Just kidding!!
Additions:
- Added Human Weighted Pressure Plates.
- Only activates when a PLAYER steps on it!
- Comes in all oxidation levels.
- Comes in all waxed versions.
- Oxidizes over time like other Copper blocks.
- The more oxidized it is, the lower the Redstone output level will be.
- Unaffected -> 15
- Exposed -> 10
- Weathered -> 5
- Oxidized -> 1
- Crafted from 2 Copper Blocks to get 4 Human Weighted Pressure Plates.
- Added Mob Weighted Pressure Plates.
- Only activates when a MOB steps on it!
- Comes in all oxidation levels.
- Comes in all waxed versions.
- Oxidizes over time like other Copper blocks.
- The more oxidized it is, the lower the Redstone output level will be.
- Unaffected -> 15
- Exposed -> 10
- Weathered -> 5
- Oxidized -> 1
- Crafted from 2 Cut Copper blocks to get 4 Mob Weighted Pressure Plates.
- Added Golden Bars.
- Crafted from 6 Gold Ingots horizontally to get 16.
- Added Golden Doors.
- Crafted from 6 Gold Ingots vertically to get 3.
- Added Golden Trapdoors.
- Crafted from 4 Gold Ingots to get 1.
- Added Golden Chains.
- Crafted from 1 Gold Ingot and 2 Gold Nuggets vertically.
- Added the Submerged.
- A new Skeleton variant.
- Spawns in oceans.
- Has two variants:
- One with coral (found exclusively in Warm Ocean biomes)
- One without coral.
- Shoots Arrows of Water Breathing.
- It can be sheared when Coral is on it.
- When sheared, it will drop 1-2 random Coral variants.
- Drops the same loot as regular Skeletons, but can sometimes drop Arrows of Water Breathing and Seagrass.
- Added the Infected.
- A new Zombie variant.
- Gives you the Poison effect when it attacks you.
- Spawns in Swamp and Mangrove Swamp biomes, like the Bogged.
- Has slightly less health than regular Zombies.
- Drops the same loot as regular Zombies.
- Has an Easter Egg for when one is renamed to “Groundskeeper”.
- When renamed to this, not only will the skin change, but also the sounds, and it will even obtain an Iron Hoe and will stop burning in sunlight.
- Added the Frozen.
- A new Zombie variant.
- Freezes you like Powder Snow temporarily when it attacks you.
- Spawns in Frozen Plains and Ice Spikes biomes, like the Stray.
- Has slightly less health than regular Zombies.
- Drops the same loot as regular Zombies, but can sometimes drop a Snowball.
- Sometimes drops a new Music Disc: Blackout.
- Added the Blackout Music Disc.
- This Music Disc is frozen initially, and you must thaw it out in a Furnace.
- Can be played in its frozen OR thawed state. Both result in a completely different song/soundtrack.
- Added the Wither Zombie.
- A new Zombie variant.
- Gives you the Wither effect upon attacking.
- Spawns in Soul Sand Valley biomes in the Nether.
- Drops Wither Essence upon death.
- Added Wither Essence.
- Can be used to craft Witherstone.
- Can be used to brew Potions of Decay.
- Can be smelted into Coal.
- Use 8 Wither Essence surrounding a Rose or Blue Rose to craft it into a Wither Rose.
- Added Witherstone.
- New decorative rocky block.
- Can be crafted into Stairs, Slabs, and Walls.
- Crafted from 4 Wither Essence.
- Added Potions, Splash Potions, Lingering Potions, and Tipped Arrows of Decay.
- Brewed using Wither Essence as the ingredient.
- Added Variant Spawn Eggs for the Bogged.
- Normal and No Mushrooms.
- Added Potions, Splash Potions, Lingering Potions, and Arrows of Hunger.
- Brewed using Rotten Flesh as the ingredient.
- Added 3 new Challenges:
- Weight of the World: Your movement speed and jump height get reduced as the number of items you have in your inventory increases.
- Darkness Falls Across the Land: It is permanently nighttime in the overworld. How creepy…
- Split Decision: All mobs will have a 15% chance to split like Slimes upon being killed. That might not seem like a lot, but it really is at times.
Changes/Improvements:
- Revised the Challenges tab in the Create World screen to be more polished.
- It is now scrollable, with a scrollbar on the side. This change was made to make room for new Challenges.
- The toggle buttons now contain the title of the challenge within them, making it easier to tell what you’re toggling.
- The Challenge Game Rules in the Edit Game Rules screen are now under a new Challenges category to prevent clutter.
- The Challenge Game Rules now have proper names and descriptions in the Game Rules screen.
- The Cycle Splash Text button now actually cycles the Splash Texts, instead of using the hacky method of reloading the entire screen.
- The “Sit Back and Relax” advancement now triggers when you sit down on a Stool, as opposed to triggering when crafting/obtaining them.
- The Minecraft Movie Sword now creates the correct death message for players killed in creative mode.
- Significantly reduced the spawn chance of Skeletons in Deserts in favor of Mummies.
- The Mummy idle subtitle now says “Mummy Rattles” instead of “Mummy Groans”.
- Rats now flee from attackers like other passive animal mobs.
- Baby Rats now have big heads.
Fixes:
- Fixed Copper Tiles, Copper Mosaics, and their variants not creating Boron Fire on top of them.
- Fixed being able to light Boron Fire on top of Copper stairs and slabs.
- Fixed TNT Minecarts and Wind TNT Minecarts not being synced across all players when being defused.
- Fixed being able to ignite TNT Minecarts and Wind TNT Minecarts with their respective Game Rules turned off.
- Fixed the Pedestal model not having the correct rotation in the GUIs/inventories.
- Fixed not being able to directly craft Waxed Copper Tiles or Waxed Copper Mosaics from the previous waxed block.
- Fixed Mummies not dropping loot. They drop the same loot overall as Skeletons, but with a chance of dropping Tipped Arrows of Hunger.
- Fixed the rocksBreakBlocks Game Rule not having a proper name or description.
- Fixed Players not being affected by the Death Detonations challenge.
- Fixed Mummies drowning underwater, which is not how other Skeletons behave.
- Fixed Thatch Stairs and Thatch Slabs not being in the Stairs or Slabs block tags.
