Clutch [Fabric 1.21.0-1] 1.9

Toggle shift added which works in guis too.
Made cursor offset single-use to match vanilla functionality and no longer sends feedback when executed by a command block.
Prevent missses from showing when the cursor stack is occupied.
Misses now show on release for the cursor stack when not dragging items.
