Camp Fires Cook Mobs

• Added "Standard campfire damage" and "Soul campfire damage" options; they default to their vanilla values
• Removed "Integrate with On Soul Fire" option
• Added "camp_fires_cook_mobs:soul_campfires" block tag
  • this allows modded campfires to use "soul" options; if not in the tag, "standard" options will be used
  • this doesn't apply to damage options; modded campfire damage is never changed
