Armor Rack 1.2.0+mc1.21.1

Port to 1.21(.1).

Adds item component armorrack:armor_stand_armor for equipment slots and uses minecraft:entity_data for the rest of its armor stand data.

Not tested thoroughly, as usual please report any issues.
