-fixed the bushes in stranger flats and made it more dense i think -made a pack.png that works

basically fixed the underground

-added the technical biome - empty cave. ill pretend like it doesnt exist. made to avoid fixing my surface rules

-lush caves are more common near the surface, dripstone caves are more common near the bottom of the world
