Updated to 1.21.9 and 1.21.10

Fixed a couple minor formatting things with changes to the pack.mcmeta.

Fixed a few things that broke due to the Flash Particle getting some changes

Changed the Copper Sword recipe to use Copper Blocks to not conflict with the vanilla Copper Sword.

Updated the Chain Sword to use Iron Chains
