2.9.8 update for 1.20

Changelog

The 1.21 version is still in the works I ported over some of the features from it so the 1.20 version is usable as well becasue many other datapacks are still 1.20

  • Added new biomes
  • Added a reason to explore forts
  • Nerfed fort defenses
  • Made exit portal locatable in survival
  • Updated world generation
  • Tweaked some minor stuff
