Updated the list of biomes in which fireflies can't spawn
Husk is immune to the effects of a sandstorm
You have little chance to get damaged during a sandstorm
The negative effects of sandstorm have no effect on a player in creative mode

/scoreboard players set #mcs_weather mcs_weather.. (0 or 1, 0 = false, 1 = true)

You can also check which game rule is enabled/disabled. (/function gamerule:mcs_weather/check_status)
