New Stuff

• Added recipe changes for the Prismarine Set, Chains, Anvils, and Rails
• Added tooltips to all advancements added by the pack
• Added Music Disc Translations for some popular datapacks (and mine!!!)
• New pack.mcmeta format

Fixes

• Fixed the Thallium startup menu being horrible and missing a ton of things (shows if you have a pack like Fathoms installed)
• Sniffer Egg Advancement was hidden by mistake
• Removed some leftover strings and files
