1.20.5 port, fixes for that port:

• Fixed: The Tutorial book is not working and not be given at the start of a new savegame or as a new player on a server
• Fixed: Making a Tee is not working.
• Fixed: Drinking water or tee is not working.
• Fixed: Drinking while still on cooldown is resetting the cooldown.
• Fixed: Drinking while still on cooldown is still giving the player effects.
