XP Storage v1.4

Added several capacity options from 32 lvl to 1000 lvl.
XP Book can now be found in more structures.
Different XP Book variants with different capacities can be found in different structures.
Fill/empty speed is now controlled by vertical head rotation. The higher the player looks up, the higher the speed.
