Added rocket jump ability. Jump and use primary to activate.
Changed to impact 2
Reduced reload time from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.
Crouching while firing now completely negates recoil.
Backdraft now deals 10 damage instead of 15. It now reduces your ammunition by 1 instead of completely depleting it.
Updated and reworded power and origin descriptions.
